The client’s problem
Open a conversation the neighbourhood recognises.
Ahead of a real estate development, the brief was to start a conversation about local life and the area’s future. We needed to understand what residents valued before deciding what the campaign should say.
What shaped our approach
Medical More was known for its medical college. Conversations revealed a wider identity: longstanding businesses, personal histories and people who felt both pride in the area and a desire for better amenities.
The creative decision
Build the campaign around the people whose neighbourhood is being discussed.
Falverra’s contribution
What we did.
We spent ten days speaking with residents and business owners, then produced an opening film, local business stories and resident interviews.
Ten days of local research.
Our team spent ten days staying in Medical More and speaking with residents and business owners. Their experiences and aspirations shaped the campaign’s view of the neighbourhood.

Films about the people behind local businesses.
The opening film explored the area beyond the medical college. A legacy series then introduced local businesses through the people behind them, making familiar places personal.

Residents shared their hopes for the area.
Short street interviews invited residents to discuss local life and the amenities they wanted. The series made room for pride in the neighbourhood and a conversation about its future.
